Use it to submit\u00a0<\/span>support requests<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>bug reports<\/strong>, and\u00a0<\/span>feature requests<\/strong>, and to track your ticket history. <\/p>\n

NOTE: \u00a0If you have previously created a user in the previous version of myONYX, you will need to create a new account. \u00a0This is required for new security measures we have put in place. \u00a0If you select “Forgot Password” and you do not receive an email, you currently do not have an account in the new myONYX.\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n

Account Setup<\/h2>\n

  1. In your preferred web browser, navigate to:\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/support.onyxgfx.co<\/strong><\/a>m and select Sign Up at the bottom of the Welcome page.

  2. Fill in the required fields including:\n
      \n
    1. Email Address<\/li>\n
    2. Desired password
      \n

    3. Select “Continue”<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the required fields including\n
        \n
      1. Your First Name<\/li>\n
      2. Your Last Name<\/li>\n
      3. Your Company Name<\/li>\n
      4. Your Phone Number

      5. Select “Continue”<\/li>\n
      6. Once you have completed your registration, you\u2019ll return to the\u00a0<\/span>ONYX \u652f\u6301\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/strong>. \u00a0If your are not automatically signed in to SupportCenter, please sign in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Submit a Request<\/h2>\n

        To submit a\u00a0<\/span>support request<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/span>bug report<\/strong>, or\u00a0<\/span>feature request<\/strong>, select\u00a0<\/span>Submit a request<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>in the top-right corner of the SupportCenter.<\/p>\n

        1. Select\u00a0<\/span>Submit a request<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. Choose the appropriate request type.<\/li>\n
        3. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible, then submit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n\n\n\n
          CC option:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>You can Carbon Copy (CC) additional email addresses on a submission. This is helpful for\u00a0<\/span>resellers<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>who want to include\u00a0<\/span>end users<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>in ticket updates.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n

          View and Manage Your Requests<\/h2>\n

          After submitting a ticket, you can view your ticket history and manage open requests from your account menu.<\/p>\n

          1. Open the account drop-down menu (top-right).<\/li>\n
          2. Select\u00a0<\/span>Requests<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          3. View the status and contents of any previously submitted tickets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n\n\n\n
            From\u00a0<\/span>Requests<\/strong>, you can review ticket status, read prior updates, and respond to keep work moving.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n
