myONYX<\/span><\/b>\u00a0is\u00a0Onyx\u2019s new secure login platform, designed to become the central access point for\u00a0Onyx\u00a0services that require authentication.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The platform is\u00a0<\/span>actively under development<\/span><\/b>, with additional capabilities and resources being added over time as construction continues. The goal of\u00a0myONYX\u00a0is to provide a\u00a0<\/span>single, unified login experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0that offers ease of use while centralizing access to your\u00a0Onyx\u00a0resources in one place.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re\u00a0excited to share that the\u00a0<\/span>ONYX\u00a0SupportCenter<\/span><\/b>\u00a0is the first resource available through the myONYX\u00a0platform, providing secure access to support-related resources and services.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When production is running, the last thing you need is downtime. Whether\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0troubleshooting an issue, looking for documentation, or\u00a0submitting\u00a0a support request, Onyx\u00a0is focused on making access to help and resources simpler, more secure, and easier to manage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As\u00a0Onyx\u2019s digital ecosystem has grown, so has the need for a consistent, secure way for customers to access resources that require authentication. The current\u00a0myONYX\u00a0platform has been designed to support that goal\u2014bringing login-based\u00a0Onyx\u00a0resources\u00a0together in one place, using modern security standards.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To better protect customer information,\u00a0myONYX\u00a0uses updated security protocols, including\u00a0<\/span>validated email addresses<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>single sign-on (SSO)<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Onyx\u00a0previously offered a\u00a0myONYX\u00a0login experience as part of its customer ecosystem. As part of the transition to the current\u00a0myONYX\u00a0platform,\u00a0<\/span>accounts created more than six months ago will not work in the new system<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you created a\u00a0myONYX\u00a0account more than six months ago,\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0need to create a new account to access resources available through the current\u00a0myONYX\u00a0platform.One\u00a0Account. One Login.\u00a0Onyx\u00a0Resources\u2014Centralized.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With a\u00a0myONYX\u00a0account, you gain access to\u00a0Onyx\u00a0resources that require authentication through a single login.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
