Cutter Patches

HP

Patch date 18 April, 2024 for version 22.5.1
- Previous Summa/HP patches (if present) will need to be uninstalled before implementing the latest patch. Please uninstall the previous patch version with the following steps:
  1. Run the previous version patch.exe again with the uninstall option.
  2. Reboot and then run the new patch.
- Added OPOS user selections to HP Latex Plus Cutter.
  - Implemented Summa S3 Driver.
  - Corrected issue with HP Latex Cutter having offset cut paths when using HP barcode.
  - Implement newest Summa SDK revision (rev1123).
  - Improved Roll Server connectivity.
  - Summa S2 and S3 cut path corrections.
  - Summa F no longer adds OXF extension to Code39 Barcodes.
  - Resolved issue with Summa sequential roll served jobs.
  - Summa USB connectivity optimizations.
- Summa-HP Combined Cutter update for 22.5.1

Graphtec

Patch date 20 May, 2024 for version 22.5.1
- Any previous Graphtec cutter patch installations must be uninstalled, as the patch has scripting to replace targeted files from Onyx 22.5.1 (THRIVE/RIP/GO) installations. Before implementing the latest patch, please uninstall the previous patch version with the following steps:
  1. Run the previous version patch.exe again with the uninstall option.
  2. Reboot and then run the new patch.
- This patch includes:
  - Graphtec FC9000/CE7000
    - Corrected issues with segmentation cutting on small jobs.
    - Layout Barcode corrections.
    - Cut-only jobs no longer truncate out of CUT-Server.
    - Type 2 vertical intermediate mark scanning corrections.
  - Graphtec General
    - Created a user option for directional marks.
