Onyx is excited to announce that a new version of myONYX is under construction and ready to be introduced.
myONYX is Onyx’s new secure login platform, designed to become the central access point for Onyx services that require authentication.
The platform is actively under development, with additional capabilities and resources being added over time as construction continues. The goal of myONYX is to provide a single, unified login experience that offers ease of use while centralizing access to your Onyx resources in one place.
We’re excited to share that the ONYX SupportCenter is the first resource available through the myONYX platform, providing secure access to support-related resources and services.
When production is running, the last thing you need is downtime. Whether you’re troubleshooting an issue, looking for documentation, or submitting a support request, Onyx is focused on making access to help and resources simpler, more secure, and easier to manage.
That’s where myONYX and the ONYX SupportCenter come in.
The myONYX Platform
myONYX is Onyx’s centralized account system that supports a unified login experience across customer-facing resources.
As Onyx’s digital ecosystem has grown, so has the need for a consistent, secure way for customers to access resources that require authentication. The current myONYX platform has been designed to support that goal—bringing login-based Onyx resources together in one place, using modern security standards.
To better protect customer information, myONYX uses updated security protocols, including validated email addresses und single sign-on (SSO).
Important note:
Onyx previously offered a myONYX login experience as part of its customer ecosystem. As part of the transition to the current myONYX platform, accounts created more than six months ago will not work in the new system.
If you created a myONYX account more than six months ago, you’ll need to create a new account to access resources available through the current myONYX platform.One Account. One Login. Onyx Resources—Centralized.
With a myONYX account, you gain access to Onyx resources that require authentication through a single login.
Currently, this includes access to:
- The ONYX SupportCenter
- Technical documentation and knowledge articles
- The Onyx Community
- Support request submission and ticket tracking (for eligible customers)
Welcome to the ONYX SupportCenter
The ONYX SupportCenter is the first resource available through the myONYX platform.
It serves as a centralized hub for customer assistance and product knowledge and is designed to support real-world production environments. The SupportCenter currently includes:
- 293+ published help articles
- Product documentation and FAQs
- Troubleshooting guides and how-to articles
- Best practices and workflow tips from the Onyx team
- The Onyx Community for peer-to-peer idea sharing
Some resources—and all support requests—require you to be logged in with a myONYX account.

Email Validation & Support Communication (Important)
You can create a myONYX account without validating your email address, but email validation is required for Onyx Support to communicate with you.
If you have access to ONYX SupportCenter ticketing through an ONYX Advantage agreement, you must validate your email address to receive responses and updates from the Onyx Support Team.
Without a validated email address:
- Support emails cannot be delivered
- Ticket updates and responses will not reach you
To ensure uninterrupted communication, please verify your email address after creating your myONYX account.
How the ONYX SupportCenter Works
In most cases, Onyx resellers and manufacturing partners provide first-level technical support for Onyx products. Depending on your active subscription or support agreement, you may also be eligible for direct support from the Onyx team.
Please keep in mind:
- You must be using the current or previous Onyx product version to qualify for support
- Ticket access, response times, and priority handling depend on your support plan
- All customers can access Onyx’s online knowledge resources at any time
Who Can Access ONYX SupportCenter?
Anyone with a myONYX account can access:
- Technical documentation
- Knowledge articles
- Community discussions
Eligibility for direct technical support depends on your active subscription or support agreement.
Support for ONYX Advantage Agreement Users
Customers with an active ONYX Advantage agreement can submit support requests directly through the SupportCenter.
How to contact support:
- Log in with your myONYX account
- Open the ONYX SupportCenter
- Select Submit a request and complete the form
- Monitor your validated email address for responses from the Onyx Support Team
Support for Perpetual Licenses
For customers using perpetual licenses:
- An active support or maintenance agreement is required for technical support
- Customers with a valid agreement can submit requests through the SupportCenter
- Customers without an active agreement should contact Onyx Sales to review available options
