Instrucciones

  • En primer lugar, descargue el software ONYX Printer Driver y Profile Download Manager.
  • Una vez finalizada la descarga, haga doble clic en el archivo y siga las instrucciones del asistente para instalar el programa.
  • Una vez instalado el Gestor de descargas de impresoras y perfiles, puede abrirlo desde el menú Inicio de Windows.
  • Seleccione la marca y el modelo de su impresora y, a continuación, el soporte que desea descargar.
  • El soporte que seleccione se descargará como "Archivo de instalación de impresora" o ".prninst".

Nota: Al utilizar el Gestor de descargas de impresoras y perfiles ONYX, el software valida su clave antes de que comience la descarga. Algunos usuarios han experimentado problemas cuando el Gestor de descargas intenta completar este proceso. Debido a que esta validación va a un servidor https para comprobar la clave a través del puerto 443, el desbloqueo de este puerto debería resolver el problema.
