Instructions

  • Tout d'abord, téléchargez le pilote d'imprimante ONYX et le logiciel Profile Download Manager.
  • Une fois le téléchargement terminé, double-cliquez sur le fichier et suivez les instructions de l'assistant pour installer le programme.
  • Après avoir installé le gestionnaire de téléchargement d'imprimantes et de profils, vous pouvez l'ouvrir à partir du menu Démarrer de Windows.
  • Sélectionnez la marque et le modèle de votre imprimante, puis le support que vous souhaitez télécharger.
  • Le support sélectionné sera téléchargé sous la forme d'un "fichier d'installation d'imprimante" ou ".prninst".

Note : Lorsque vous utilisez le gestionnaire de téléchargement ONYX Printer & Profile, le logiciel valide votre clé avant que le téléchargement ne commence. Certains utilisateurs ont rencontré des problèmes lorsque le Download Manager tente de terminer ce processus. Comme cette validation passe par un serveur https pour vérifier la clé via le port 443, le déblocage de ce port devrait résoudre le problème.
